Pigeon Lake is a popular fresh water lake vacation destination with long sandy beaches, cabins, resorts and retreats just 50 minutes south-west of Edmonton, Alberta. Campsites galore
There are many things to see and do at Pigeon Lake, starting with a campsite. Check out Camp Maskepetoon for a summer of excitement and outdoor adventure on the north shore of Pigeon Lake. There’s canoeing, swimming, archery, crafts, games, outback camping, campfire, friends and lots more fun. Another great campsite is the Whispering Spruce Campground. It features a R.V. Resort and Petting Zoo, so you can relax while the kids have fun. This great campsite is just 5km south of The Village at Pigeon Lake. The amenities include fire pits, power water hookups, a concession with ice cream, volley ball, washrooms, showers and a swimming pool.
Willow Green Golf Course
For a great game of golf, check out the Willow Green Golf Course. It is located on highway #771 North, 10 minutes from The Village at Pigeon Lake. The course has 18 holes with beautiful scenery and is fully licensed, with catering and a snack bar. With many more campsites, fishing, beautiful parkland and much more, Pigeon Lake will bring you back summer after summer.
