A Touch of Caribbean is a tropical oasis in the suburban highland neighbourhood of North West Edmonton. Its popularity has arisen from its singular ambience. Be prepared for leafy plastic vegetation adorning the walls and ceiling, and a mural covering one wall depicting a blue, seaside vista complete with half clad locals, palm trees, and spear fishing. It’s a place to get down and have a good time, and late at night the place gets so full of pulsating, gyrating dancers, that the forest of trees on the wall fades into the background.

Friday and Saturday nights welcome a live DJ to the mix, who pumps juicy Caribbean “riddims” along with dance, house and some top 40 tunes for good measure. And on other nights of the week, A Touch of Caribbean is available for private parties and functions.
