Some items on the 50 dish menu are perennially popular, like the lemon chicken, famous for the tangy taste of lightly breaded chicken breast quickly deep fried and served with a clear lemon sauce. Ginger beef is perhaps the most regularly ordered dish. Other items are popular because they are more unusual, like the cheddar stuffed shrimp, deep fried until golden brown and served up as an appetizer.
