A Place Just for Artists
The Arts Habitat helps keep Edmonton creative. It allows artists to live and work all in the same lovely space. The Arts Habitat is committed to helping local artists find a place to call home, which also enables them to continue to pursue their passion without having to worry about where they will sleep. They plan to do as much as possible over the years for artists as their organization continues to grow successfully.

The Pursuit of Artistic Endeavours
Currently the Arts Habitat offers ten different suites that are open to artists who are working in visual and performance styles of art. These spaces are applied for through an application process, and then rented out to the chosen applicants. The concept of the physical design is supposed to provide artists with a large, bright and airy space to set up their supplies with little limitations.

More Than a Living Space
Every year, the Arts Habitat Gallery puts together a fun evening of entertainment for local artists. It includes performances by local names, including poets like Corey Hamilton. The party is often held on the third floor of the building and everyone is invited. A lounge space is provided and guests are encouraged to bring friends along - though there is limited ticket availability. The Arts Habitat Gallery is dedicated to serving the artists of Edmonton for many years to come in all ways possible. Visit their official site for more information.
