Choose Your Own Asian Food Adventure
When you’re hungry for Asian cuisine, the usual thing to do is seek out a place you’d like to eat, order up a few tasty dishes, and feast. Well, a very different experience awaits you at the Asian Grill House, in the heart of Edmonton’s Chinatown. Here, you can try the sizzling hot pot. Think of it as a choose-your-own-adventure, Asian cooking-style. The Asian Grill House is a fun place to bring family and friends for a unique Asian food experience, and the pricing is quite reasonable.

What’s Up With the Grill on the Table?
The Asian Grill House is a big place, with a lot of tables suitable for groups of four or more. It’s got an open, bright, fun atmosphere. Once a server shows you to your seat, you’ll notice that there is a small gas grill on the table. You’re not sure what significance this has, but you will in time - especially if you choose the buffet. Why? Because the buffet features a host of fresh, tasty cooked and non-cooked items. You pull together the ingredients of your choice and create a customized meal. You can even tailor make your dipping sauces. Then it’s back to your table to fire up the grill and cook either hot pot (which involves boiling your chosen items in a flavoured broth) or grill (which involves grilling the items you chose without the presence of the broth). The best thing is, once you’ve finished the main course, you can move on to creating your own dessert!
