Living a Healthy and Full Life
Balanced Wellness: Nutrition and Yoga is a Sherwood Park based company, which focuses on healthy living. The company sprang from Victoria Laine's realization that she wanted to restore her own health and live the best life possible. Victoria's quest to improve her health led her to a friend whose expertise lay in nutrition and yoga. Victoria experienced some wonderful results and was inspired to learn more about healthy living. She is now a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, a YAA certified yoga instructor and helps many people achieve a healthy lifestyle through Balanced Wellness.

Eating Right, Feeling Great
Balanced Wellness is not just focused on relieving people's symptoms, it's about living the healthiest and fullest life possible. It's about informing people about healthy choices and helping them to feel great physically and mentally. A huge part of health is nutrition and Balanced Wellness offers Nutritional Consultations that cover such topics as: selecting the right foods, detecting or managing food allergies/sensitivities, explaining deficiencies and excesses in nutrition, recipes and ideas for food preparation.

Healthy Lives: Inside and Out
All aspects of healthy living can be explored at Balanced Wellness. Yoga courses can help to create both physical and mental improvements. Workshops are offered such as one focusing on anti-stress strategies, which are imperative to overall health. Balanced Wellness also offers iridology practices, which allow practitioners to recommend diet changes or supplementation based upon patterns on the iris, reflecting the weaknesses and strengths in the body.
