To warm up, why not try the tangy bruschetta, antipasta (prosciutto, grilled vegetables, marinated olives, tomatoes and bocconcini cheese with calamata and herb crostinis) or sweet ‘n’ sassy lollipop chicken wings. Seafood lovers will appreciate a dish of steamed Atlantic mussels or spicy garlic shrimp with the pistachio crusted halibut for dinner. Pastas, a specialty at the Century Grill, range from tried and true favourites like the seafood linguini to the more imaginative, red pepper ravioli. A must have dish is the Century Platter which comes with chicken, beef tenderloin, shrimps, scallops, vegetables and garlic potatoes.
A Quality Steakhouse
Order any of the fabulous beef entrées and it won’t be long before you’re sinking your teeth into that world famous Alberta beef. It is featured in gourmet dishes like the veal tower (veal medallions, portabello mushrooms, roma tomatoes and marscapone cheese in a balsamic glaze). Even the burgers at Century Grill, some of the thickest and juiciest around, are first class. With such a large and loyal clientele, it a good thing this sought-after restaurant has a spacious dining room with adjacent martini lounge, should you have to wait.
Great People Watching
If you’re looking for that perfect place to spend a memorable evening, Century Grill should be at the top of the list. Contemporary, elegant décor and an upscale urban menu are sure to impress even the most discriminating diner. People watching is at a premium here, with a number of the city’s ‘who’s who’ grabbing a bite. You never know who you’ll see: hockey players, politicians or musicians. But while the company is good, the food is even better.
