Ice Capades
Clareview Rec Centre offers several different fun and exciting activities for both kids and adults. The centre has a variety of skating classes and programs to choose from, including speed skating, power skating and even synchronized skating. Join the figure skating club and learn how to perform like the stars. The program teaches skating skills that will leave you spinning and spiraling.
Not Just Figure Eights
Swap your figure skates for hockey skates and play on a team! There are hockey and goalie camps for kids, but adults can also play for a men’s league team. There are also Special Olympics and Ringette teams available for more variety. There is even a skateboard park, dance programs and summer science camps for those who want an alternative to the ice.
Twin Pad Rinks
Arena A features an Olympic sized rink that seats 600, while Arena B seats 150. Both rinks have a protected viewing area. There are also dressing rooms, warm up areas and a Pro Shop for equipment. For your convenience, ice availability is posted online and bookings can be taken by phone or e-mail.
