Dance Alberta has been around for over 35 years! Its top notch dance education, through professional instruction and performance, has ensured its excellent reputation as a dance school in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, hip hop and related fields of dance. They strive to provide this education in a positive, fun and professional atmosphere. Dance Alberta not only believes in training dancers, but in training dedicated, balanced, well-mannered and thinking individuals who will be an asset to any community.
What are you Looking for in a Dance School?
Whatever you’re looking for in a dance school, Dance Alberta has it! From professional instructors to classes for all ages, levels and genres, this school delivers. Classes and workshops are also available in injury prevention, Pilates, dance history, choreography and composition, and musical theatre. To add to this well-rounded education, Dance Alberta takes a strong role in the community by providing those that wouldn’t normally be exposed to dance an opportunity to enjoy it. This is done with performances throughout the year. Because Dance Alberta believes performance experience is integral to dance education, students enrolled at the school are given performance opportunities in non-competitive venues on several occasions during the season.

With classes ranging for ages 3 to adult, and all kinds of dance and experience levels in between, you are bound to find something for you. Add to that the fact that it is centrally located in the heart of Edmonton and is in a 17,000 square foot building that houses five large dance studios up to 2,300 square feet in size.
