Come Hungry
So authentic is this eatery, that their kitchen is one of the few places around, where dishes are prepared in a traditional Tandoor clay oven, imported from India. According to Indian aficionados, this flavourful method of cooking in the Tandoor cannot be imitated with American style ovens. Start out with an assortment of breads, pakoras or samosas and then get ready for ample servings of tandoori chicken or reshmi kebab served with chopped onions green peppers and ginger. Further down the menu, order some butter chicken (served in an elegant cream sauce), or the lamb vindaloo (very hot). Extra-hungry diners with a taste for adventure may want to try out the chef specials, such as the beef ribs, served with house special chutney. Spices range from mild to hot to accommodate everyone.
