The talented chefs at La Ronde have created a wonderful menu featuring a mix of regional and international cuisine. There are not a lot of places where one can order locally raised Canadian bison, Whitetail venison or Katahdin lamb. Gourmands won’t be disappointed savouring the sour cherry- glazed Magret duck breast or feasting on the roasted Arctic char.
Go all out and order the chateaubriand prepared with Alberta AAA Beef tenderloin expertly carved at your table, flambéed with Canadian whiskey and served with fresh vegetable and béarnaise sauce. All of the entrées are first class, marrying European traditions with the finest quality Canadian ingredients.
La Ronde completes a full rotation every 90 minutes allowing breathtaking views from the 25th floor, with a motion effect that is so slight, you’ll hardly feel it. Families are welcome. There is even a special children’s menu available and several vegetarian options for those with dietary considerations. Weekend patrons are treated to the soft, mellow sounds of live entertainment, making an evening out at this city landmark even sweeter.
