Le Chateau began as an exclusively men’s fashion shop, but expanded through the 1960s by importing the styles of Swinging London to a made-in-Canada audience. Taking over the space of a former Goodwill store on Queen Street West in the mid-1980s proved an early harbinger of the evolution of that area. The dedication to Canadian research, design, product development and manufacturing ensures a commitment to ethical production methods, while ensuring that the current inventory is always perfectly in step with upcoming trends.
