The story of M&M begins in 1980 when, challenged by an inability to find restaurant-quality steaks to barbecue at home, local Kitchener entrepreneur Mac Voisin and associate Mark Nowak made the decision to create a place where people could purchase choice cuts of meat at grocery store prices. M&M has a strong reputation for providing customers quality foods and reasonable prices grew strong, so did the company. M&M is Canada’s largest retail chain of specialty frozen foods.
