West coasters have become accustomed to digging into Milestone’s diverse menu of steaks, seafood, pasta and Asian food. They have slacked their thirst with Milestone’s house beer, Palomino, brewed by Granville Island Brewery, or enjoyed their signature drink, the Bellini, a frozen blend of premium white rum, peach liqueur and champagne, topped with Boone’s sangria. Now folks in Wild Rose country can enjoy those treats and more.
Menu Grazing
The range of menu options certainly invites repeat visits to Milestone’s. The lunch menu includes familiar sandwiches, but more adventurous diners may want to dig into the Wild West Coast salmon, mussels and baby shrimp tossed in a Cajun cream, or the Thai red curry coconut cream, fragrant jasmine rice, steamed Asian greens, five-spice wonton crisps.
Rotate This
The dinner menu is a mix of steak favourites, as well as seafood dishes like salmon and calamari, but the real treat may be the rotisserie menu. The rotisserie prime rib cured with whole grain mustard, fresh horseradish, cracked pepper and garlic, is sure to tempt taste buds, while other folks may want to dig in to one of their stone oven-baked pizzas. The menu also features a wide selection of appetizers and entrées for vegetarians and people with special dietary needs.
