The downtown warehouse setting, complete with Edmonton archival artifacts and genuine trolley car has been an attraction for decades on the old Boardwalk. But aside from the interior décor, this Canadian chain, operating since 1970, delivers on its promise of serving heaping platefuls of slurpable pasta with zesty tomato sauce (reportedly a recipe originating in Naples) that'll keep the young ones occupied for hours.
Food for All
Some favourites on the menu include the manicotti, a delectable combination of cheese, spinach sauce and pasta or the tortellini that’s baked in meat sauce. And with every entrée, you also get a choice of salad or soup, plus bread, garlic butter, coffee or hot tea and ice cream for dessert. If noodles aren’t what your stomach desires, you can chose other entrées like chicken breast, steak, popcorn shrimp and chicken wings.
Feast for Every Occasion
The Spaghetti Factory is a great place to plan a special event like a birthday, an anniversary, or a wedding rehearsal dinner. Special rates are offered for these types of events and there is even a menu made specifically for such an occasion. You can choose between the spaghetti feast and the deluxe pasta feast. The spaghetti feast items include all of the classic spaghetti dishes with clam, tomato, meat, or mushroom sauce and come with the delightful extras that help make the Old Spaghetti Factory famous. With the deluxe pasta feast, your guests will have a choice between four Old Spaghetti recipe favourites: the manicotti, the lasagna, the veal parmigiana, or the chicken penne.
