Dance your Heart Out
Marilyn Lloyd, owner and artistic director at the Riverbend Dance academy in the NW area of Edmonton, offers high quality dance programs: competitive, recreational, and preschool dance. The renowned dance academy has been offering ballet, tap, jazz, and hip-hop programs for preschoolers to adults for over 11 years. The facility boasts two studio rooms with specially designed rubber mounted wood floors. In addition, Riverbend offers a dedicated parent waiting area and student change rooms/washrooms. This facility offers high quality dance instruction as a result of their low teacher/student ratio policies and a highly experienced instructional team.
Activities Galore
This past summer student’s had the opportunity to participate in a Disneyland dance fieldtrip. In addition, to the exciting summer Disneyland trips, the academy also participates in numerous festivals. The opportunities at the academy are endless and the one message consistently communicated to the student’s is “the love of dance”. A highly recognized program and academy improves self-esteem, provides exercise, and provides individual as well as team-building skills.
