For larger appetites, the chef will happily slice off a Logger’s Cut (10 once) or kick it up a notch with the Lumberjacks Cut (16 ounce). Believe it or not there is still room enough on your plate for some Yorkshire pudding, choice of potato and a side of fresh seasonal vegetables. The Sawmill’s love affair with beef continues in their selection of top quality steaks charbroiled to perfection. Tender filets, succulent rib eyes, generous cuts of New York and sirloin – if it’s delicious, it’s on the menu. While their beef is legendary, patrons will also find a good selection of pork, seafood, chicken and lamb dishes, or be adventurous and try the Alberta buffalo served with blackberry merlot butter.

Easy to Eat Your Greens
Belly up to the finest shrimp, oyster and salad bar in town. With a selection this good, it may be time to forgo the rest and simply enjoy it as an entrée. Fill up on mile high peel and eat shrimp, shucked west coast blue tip oysters, bountiful salads, platters of fruit and an endless assortment of fresh bread and cheeses.
