Exhibition Excitement
There is more to the Rainmaker than just rodeo! Enjoy the extensive midway, featuring rides for the young and the young-at-heart – from the classic Ferris Wheel to the Twin-Flip, the only carnival ride of its kind in North America. Take in the colourful Rainmaker parade as it winds through downtown St. Albert and concludes at Lion’s Park. Stroll through the Rainmaker Market, where you can browse through vendors offering everything from giftware and agricultural products, to arts and crafts and homemade treats.
Rock out at the Rodeo
Every year the Rainmaker hosts musical acts for the concert series line-up. These no-minors headliner shows take place on the Friday and Saturday evenings of the rodeo weekend, at the main stage facing a 40,000 square foot concert area. Rodeo-goers can also take in the showcase stage, a place where undiscovered artists can strut their stuff.
