From child and youth development initiatives to ensuring supports are in place for vulnerable individuals, families and seniors, the United Way works hard at being a presence and source of support for the community. By offering assistance to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Edmonton, Big Sisters and Big Brothers, the Bissel Centre, the Edmonton Food Bank, and many other needy organizations, the United Way tries to ensure an organized safety net of core community values is in place for those in immediate need.
